Faith, psychology, and the relationships that shape us

I offer talks and workshops on relationships, emotional life, and what it means to be human. A talk can focus on Catholic theology and spirituality, draw on insights from psychology and counseling, or bring the two into conversation. I work with event organizers to shape the topic for their audience.

Possible topics include:

Adult attachment and our need for connection
The cycles that keep couples stuck and how they can begin to change
Emotion, shame, and healing through relationship
Marriage, communion, and a Catholic understanding of the human person
A sacramental worldview and learning to recognize God’s presence in daily life
Bringing psychological insight and Catholic faith into conversation
